Description

Paint is the ideal solution for renovating bathroom and kitchen tiles, without the need for dismantling. With a high-quality glossy finish , this provides a excellent hardness , scratch resistance and it is completely washable .

Application Instructions

  • The tile must be clean, dry and free of residue.
  • Wash with soap and water, without silicone or wax-based products.
  • Clean the tile joints with a brush and remove any impurities.
  • Mix the product well before application.
  • The first layer can be diluted by 5-10%, depending on porosity.
  • Apply thin, even layers until complete coverage.
  • The product can be used directly without dilution, but a solvent-based thinner can be added if necessary.

Surfaces to be painted must be free of foreign matter and/or residue, free of grease and dust and completely dry. Wash with soap and water. Do not use silicone or wax-based cleaners. Clean the tile joints with a brush, then remove any remaining residue. Matt the tiles to improve adhesion and clean with a damp cloth.

FAQ

Does the paint resist moisture and cleaning with detergents?

Yes, after complete curing (7 days), the paint forms a glossy film, resistant to water, steam and household detergents. It is recommended to avoid cleaning with abrasives or highly acidic solutions.

Can I apply the paint to floor tiles or just the floor tiles?

You can also apply the paint to floor tiles, but only in areas with low to medium traffic. For increased durability, it is recommended to apply a final anti-slip protective varnish.

Do I need to prime the tiles before applying paint?

It is not mandatory, but it is recommended to use an adhesion primer for ceramic surfaces for greater durability, especially in wet areas (bathrooms, showers). The paint has direct adhesion, but the primer improves resistance over time.

Is it necessary to strip or sand the tiles beforehand?

Yes, it is recommendedsurface mattingwith a fine abrasive or abrasive sponge before application. This increases adhesion and prevents subsequent peeling of the paint.
