One-component, 100% polyurethane , water-based, aliphatic elastic membrane .

Intended for terraces and roofs. A waterproofing agent with excellent adhesion, it forms a durable, seamless, hydro-repellent layer, resistant to cracking, vapor-permeable, washable, and stable at extreme temperatures.
Waterproofing for roofs, terraces or rafters . Also suitable for facades. For exterior use.

Approximate coverage rate 1.4-2 m²/L

Minimum recommended consumption: Three coats of 0.50 l/m² each. Incorporate fiberglass mesh with square meshes in the second coat.

APPLICATION METHOD:

Clean the substrate of foreign products, residues, or poorly adhering materials. Remove any efflorescence with abrasive blasting and neutralize alkaline surfaces. In the case of excessively smooth surfaces, lightly sand to open the pores. If necessary, apply appropriate filler.

Wait at least 72 hours before covering with adhesive/cement.

Treatment should not begin before verifying that the cement-based substrate is completely hardened and dry (minimum 30 days). Moisture measured with a hygrometer must not exceed 4%. Stir the product until completely homogeneous. Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5 °C or above 35 °C, nor in conditions of imminent rain. The substrate must be completely dry.

For maximum performance, it is recommended not to dilute the product.
