Nanomax Two-Component Anti-Slip Polyurethane Lacquer is a high-quality nano-polymer lacquer , a product intended for the decoration and protection of paving, stone, concrete, brick or other porous substrates.

PU Varnish Anti Slip is an innovative hybrid varnish, based on acrylic and aliphatic polyurethane, two-component, transparent, with a matte finish and non-stick properties.

A universal varnish ideal for the protection of natural or artificial, vertical or horizontal, absorbent surfaces, in interior and/or exterior spaces, made of pressed cement mortar, natural stone, cement boards, concrete, wood, but also for the protection of metal surfaces.

The varnish is made based on a nano-acrylic resin that gives it premium characteristics: adhesion, penetration, hardness and resistance to abrasion and scratches, providing a matte appearance.

The most important feature is the ANTI-SLIP property after applying this product. It contains plastic particles that provide this anti-adhesion.

The application of the varnish creates a hard but elastic membrane that improves the mechanical properties of the surface. It is resistant to abrasion.

Nanomax Varnish PU Matte Pro Anti-Slip creates a durable, transparent protective layer with high resistance to water or oil stains or the development of microorganisms . The application procedure is easy, the drying time is fast, the treated surface acquires water resistance extremely quickly.

Important! The product does not require dilution. It is applied as is.

It is composed of component A and B. Product B is poured into product A, after which it is chewed intensely for 3 minutes.

Application Instructions

Empty the entire contents of container B into container A and mix thoroughly for 3 minutes.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before applying. It is recommended to apply with a brush, roller or squeegee in at least 2 coats.
The first layer is applied to a completely cleaned and dried surface, the second layer 8-12 hours after the first layer, and the product is used within the first 36-48 hours after opening it/adding COMPONENT B TO COMPONENT A because the varnish hardens. If any excess product remains on the surface, spread it out or remove it after application within the first 15 minutes.
Excess material must be removed from the surface during application.
Drying time ranges from 5-36 hours, depending on the surface.

HOW TO USE

CLEAN AND DRY THE SURFACE WELL

For this step, you can use a detergent from the Nanomax range, for example: Cleaner Pro for cleaning pavement/concrete. Clean the surface thoroughly with detergent and let it dry thoroughly. Use protective gloves.

USE

Pour component B into component A, shake the can well for 3 minutes. Apply the waterproofing varnish with a brush or a small-bristled roller in thin layers.

Apply the 2nd coat 8-12 hours after the first coat. Use the product within the first 36-48 hours after opening/adding element B to element A as the varnish hardens.

DO NOT STEAM OR LET THE SURFACE COME IN CONTACT WITH WATER FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS

Protect the treated surface from water or other factors. Allow at least 5 hours for it to dry thoroughly.

FAQ

What types of surfaces can this varnish be applied to?

The lake is suitable for concrete, wood, natural stone, ceramics, decorative plasters or other mineral and rigid surfaces. Not recommended for elastic materials or flexible plastics.

How is the varnish prepared before application?

Mix component A (base) with component B (hardener) in the proportion indicated in the technical data sheet (usually 4:1). Mix for 2–3 minutes with a mechanical mixer. After mixing, the product should be used within the maximum 2–4 hours.

How many layers are recommended for optimal protection?

It is recommended to apply in 2 thin layers, with an interval of 6–12 hours between applications. The surface must be clean, dry and lightly sanded if reapplying after more than 24 hours.

Is the varnish resistant to water and chemicals?

Yes. After complete curing, the varnish provides water-repellent protection and excellent resistance to household or industrial chemicals, such as oils, detergents, weak solvents and diluted acids.
