Nanomax Varnish PU Gloss, Polyurethane Concrete Varnish - is a high-quality nano-polymer varnish, a product intended for the decoration and protection of paving, stone , concrete, brick or other porous substrates.

The varnish is made based on a nano-acrylic resin that gives it premium characteristics: adhesion, penetration, hardness and resistance to abrasion and scratches, providing a glossy appearance, refreshing existing colors that have faded over time.

Nanomax Varnish PU Gloss creates a durable, transparent protective layer with high resistance to water or oil stains or the development of microorganisms.

It is composed of component A and B. Product B pour into product A , then chew intensely for 3 minutes.

Important! The product does not require dilution. It is applied as is.

Application Instructions

Empty the entire contents of container B into container A and mix well for 3 minutes.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before applying.
It is recommended to apply with a brush, roller or trowel in at least 2 layers.
The second layer should be applied 8-12 hours after the first.
Excess material must be removed from the surface during application.

HIGH DEGREE OF COVERAGE

Applying one layer is enough to achieve the desired effect.

A 5L container is enough to cover an area of approximately 40 sq m.

It is recommended to apply in 2 layers.

HOW TO USE

CLEAN AND DRY THE SURFACE WELL

For this step, you can use a detergent from the Nanomax Cleaner PRO range for cleaning pavement and concrete. Clean the surface thoroughly with detergent and let it dry thoroughly. Use protective gloves.

USE

Pour component B into component A, shake the can well for 3 minutes. Apply the waterproofing varnish with a brush or a small-bristled roller in thin layers.

Apply the first coat on a clean and dry surface. Apply the second coat 8-12 hours after the first coat. Use the product within 36-48 hours of opening/adding element B to element A as the varnish hardens.
APPLY IN 1 COAT FOR A GLOSS / SHINY EFFECT For this step, use a roller, a squeegee or a sprayer. Wear protective gloves.

DO NOT STEAM OR LET THE SURFACE COME IN CONTACT WITH WATER FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS

Protect the treated surface from water or other factors. Allow a minimum of 5 hours for it to dry thoroughly.

FAQ

What types of surfaces can this varnish be applied to?

The lake is intended concrete surfaces, including industrial floors, walkways, sidewalks, platforms, walls or stairs. It can also be applied on mineral plasters or stone, provided that the substrate is porous, clean and dry.

Does it offer protection against chemicals or heavy traffic?

Yes. Polyurethane varnish forms a hard film,resistant to wear, oil stains, fuels and detergents, being suitable for moderate pedestrian and car traffic.

Can it be applied to freshly poured concrete?

No. It is recommended to apply only on fully cured concrete (minimum 28 days) and completely dry (humidity < 4%). Premature application may lead to adhesion problems.

How long does it take to dry completely and when can the surface be walked on?

Dry to the touch:~2 hours.
Light traffic (pedestrian traffic):after 24 hours.
Full load (car traffic):after 3–5 days, depending on the temperature and the thickness of the applied layer.
