NANOMAX Stone Varnish WB SATIN is a high-quality nano-polymer stone varnish, a varnish intended for the decoration and protection of stone, concrete, porous, absorbent tiles, brick or other porous substrates.

The varnish is made based on a nano-acrylic resin that gives it premium characteristics: adhesion, penetration, hardness and resistance to abrasion and scratches.

NANOMAX Stone Varnish WB creates a durable, transparent protective layer with high resistance to water or oil stains or the development of microorganisms.

The application procedure is easy, the drying time is fast, the treated surface acquires water resistance extremely quickly.

Important! The product does not require dilution. It is applied as is. It is recommended for vertical surfaces.

Application Instructions

The surface must be clean, dry and properly prepared.
Remove any loose material, dirt, and any oily residue that could affect adhesion.
Apply 1-2 coats for a satin finish or 3 coats for a glossy finish, using a brush, roller or spray.
Proper preparation and uniform application ensure a quality result.

Note this:

Do not apply to damp surfaces or surfaces with residual moisture.
Not recommended for surfaces previously coated with other waterproof varnishes
Does not provide protection against heavy mechanical traffic
Applying in thick layers may result in whitish film or cracking
Sensitive to application in adverse conditions (cold, humidity, wind)
Not formulated for high-gloss vertical surfaces
Not suitable for surfaces in permanent contact with water

HOW TO USE

CLEAN AND DRY THE SURFACE WELL

For this step, you can use a detergent from the NanomaxCleaner Pro range for cleaning stone, paving or concrete. Clean the surface thoroughly with detergent and let it dry thoroughly. Use protective gloves.

SHAKE THE CAN WELL. APPLY THE WATERPROOFING VARNISH WITH A BRUSH IN FINE LAYERS, DO NOT IRON OR LET THE SURFACE COME INTO CONTACT WITH WATER FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS.

Protect the waterproofed surface from water or other factors. After 5 hours apply the second very thin layer to better seal the surface. Apply 1-2 layers for a satin effect and 3 for a glossy look. Leave for 5 hours to dry thoroughly.

What types of surfaces can the varnish be applied to?

Does it provide protection against moisture and dirt?

Yes. The varnish forms a protective film that hydrophobizes the surface, reducing water absorption and preventing the penetration of dirt, dust or grease.

Does it change the appearance of the surface after application?

Yes, it has one slight color enhancement effectand provides a satin or semi-gloss finish (depending on the substrate). It does not radically change the texture, but gives a subtle "wet" look.

How long does it take to dry completely and when can the surface be walked on?

Dry to the touch occurs in 1–2 hours, and complete drying (resistance to light foot traffic) is achieved in 24 hoursFor heavier traffic, a full cure time of 10 minutes is recommended 48–72 hours.
