What is it?

Plasmont is a elastic and waterproof paste , ready to use, intended for repairing cracks, fissures, joints or holes made of concrete, plaster, wood and other materials. Contains fiberglass , which gives it increased strength and elasticity – for durable results in any conditions.

Application Instructions

Clean the application area: dust, grease, old paint or impurities.
Glossy surfaces should be lightly sanded for adhesion.
The cracks open and clear to the stable area.
Use a spatula, trowel or other suitable tool.
Fill cracks and holes thoroughly, pressing the paste inside.
2 or more coats can be applied, with drying time between them.
Drying time: 24-48h, depending on layer thickness and ambient conditions.
Apply above +5°C (especially on plastic).

Note this:

Not recommended for structural cracks or active substrate movements
Do not apply to wet or contaminated surfaces.
Not intended for use in areas with permanent contact with water
The application thickness must be controlled
Not compatible with all types of decorative paints
Requires personal protection during application
Curing time varies depending on thickness and temperature

HOW TO USE

CLEAN AND DRY THE SURFACE WELL

Surface preparation

Clean the application area thoroughly. Remove dust, grease, residue, old peeling paint or any foreign material.

If the surface isglossy, sand lightly toopen the poresand improve adhesion.

In the case ofcracks or fissures, these mustopened and cleaneduntil an area in good condition is reached.

Product application

Apply the paste usingthe right tools(spatula, trowel, etc.)

Fill cracks, joints or holes evenly, pressing the product well inside.

For optimal results, you can apply in2 or more layers, leaving the necessary drying time between them.

Drying

Let the product dry.dry completelybefore coating or painting, approximately 24/48H.

CAREFUL!

On plastic surfaces, application is recommended above 5 degrees Celsius.

Yes. After complete drying, the putty can belightly sandedfor smoothing and is compatible with mostwater-based or solvent-based paints, depending on the support.

How long does it take for the product to fully cure?

Under normal conditions (20°C, thin layer), the product dries to the touch in1–2 hoursand can be sanded after4–6 hoursFor higher thicknesses or lower temperatures, curing time may increase.
