Description

SurfaPaint™ EPFr Epoxy, Epoxy concrete primer is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy primer / primer, which can also be used as a sealant, designed for easy application and with good surface wetting properties.

It is primarily designed for sealing resin-based or cement-based surfaces and other surfaces. It is odorless, solvent-free and VOC-compatible, making it ideal for indoor, poorly ventilated areas. Ideal for use on floors and walls.

Application Instructions

  • Make sure the surface is clean, dry, free of dust, oils, grease, traces of old paint or other contaminants.
  • For very smooth surfaces, light sanding is recommended to improve adhesion.
  • The primer is two-component. Mix component A (base) with component B (hardener) in the ratio indicated by the manufacturer (generally 2:1 or 3:1, check the packaging).
  • Mix mechanically for 3–5 minutes until completely combined.
  • Apply the product with a brush, roller or low-pressure spray.
  • It is applied in a single, uniform, thin layer, without accumulations of material.
  • Recommended consumption: approximately 10–12 m²/liter, depending on the porosity of the substrate.
Note

Note this:

It is applied in a thin layer until the concrete or cement surface is completely covered.
