Surfapaint Kirei has the ability to self-clean, thanks to SURFASHIELD technology, remaining as new after long exposure to environmental factors and dirt.
SurfaSil Kirei is an environmentally friendly mineral coating, which uses photocatalytic pigments to reduce harmful gases and odors.

Among its main characteristics are water repellency, high vapor permeability, durability and antimicrobial properties against algae, fungi, spores and surface contaminants.

It provides external protection for buildings, contributing to the degradation of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides from the atmosphere. The hydrophobic groups at the level of the paint pores prevent the penetration of liquid water, while still allowing vapors to escape.

SurfaSil Kirei is suitable for use both outside and inside, on new or already painted mineral surfaces, such as concrete, lime, plaster and mineral tiles. Ideal for areas with high levels of pollution, such as urban, industrial or factories, but also for indoor spaces with low quality air. It is also recommended for protection against mold and algae, in areas with high humidity and vapor condensation

The self-cleaning process takes place by the fact that dirt breaks down into carbon dioxide and inorganic material only through the energy of light. At the same time, bacteria, viruses, fungi and mold, (LISTERIA, E COLI, STAPHILOCOCCU AURIU) are eliminated.

It is ideal for construction surfaces exposed to high humidity and adverse environmental conditions, such as coastal areas. It can be used on exterior surfaces (walls, masonry, cement, plasterboard) and surfaces with high humidity. It favors a healthy regulation of humidity, offering excellent resistance to water infiltration.
