TECHNICAL DETAILS:
Coverage capacity: is approximately +/- 4 square meters per litre/layer. For absorbent surfaces, cement - we recommend applying 2 layers and a SURFAMIX P adhesion primer. Wait 3-4 hours for the application of the 2nd layer. All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, oils, fats and loose residues. New cement substrates and new masonry must be matured for at least 4 weeks before applying the primer. For metal or tile surfaces, it is recommended to apply Surfamix WB as a primer or another compatible primer. After applying the primer, a first layer of undiluted paint will be applied and, after 24 hours, a second layer, applied in a transverse form. For this operation, you can use a high-quality brush, a roller with soft hair or a paint gun. It is important to note that the maximum paint curing period is 7 days.

This paint is ideal for waterproofing horizontal surfaces such as terraces, roofs, and balconies, including for covering minor cracks.
It can be applied on various surfaces such as concrete, cement, clay tiles, brick, mortar, and bituminous membranes (with mosaic, but without aluminum alloy).
This paint is based on a polymeric resin, which provides elastomeric properties across a wide range of outdoor temperatures and elasticity of over 350%.
It is also the main element responsible for creating a waterproof barrier, even under water or snow. Another benefit is its ability to fill cracks up to 1.5 mm. The polymeric resin serves as the ideal matrix for SurfaPore ThermoDry, which adds thermal properties to it.
Practically, the coat of SurfaPaint ThermoDry Elastomeric paint remains white after application, repelling dirt and maintaining the original aesthetic integrity of the surface. Overall, it combines the functionality of unique elements to provide a smart final layer that both protects and saves energy.
Applications:
Ideal for exterior surfaces such as bituminous roofs, walls, masonry or concrete, metal tiles, and other areas where water-based and acrylic paints are applied.
Suitable for application on masonry exposed to harsh weather conditions and for protecting damaged surfaces with small cracks.
